We want to start a new culture, a positive and nurturing way of being.

Huge changes are happening in the world we live it. The internet. The connections (and disconnections), human relationships, the world of work. Modern illnesses and personal accountability for wellness (eating proper food, work-life balance, spirituality). Planet care and a move from waste, excesses and ostentatiousness (because scarcity is starting to bite). Kindness, not fear.

Evolve your mindset to evolve with the changing world. Be part of the change. Join our evolution and ride the waves positively. It starts here. http://www.lifeGo.me will provide you with daily inspirations, simple to-do things that will change you, soul food recipes, free stuff (reduce, reuse, recycle), philosophical readings.

Follow us please for daily dose of positivity, inspiration and support.

We are three South London girls, two black and one yellow, just getting on with our lives.  But life being life,  sh*t happened, and just  when we least expected it. What the f*ck!

What d’ya do? Cry? Bitch about the baddies? Feel bitter about life?

Of course we were angry as hell (we are real human beings after all).

But anger can be transformational – you can use this strong emotion to fire you into the next stage of your life, to transform the ugly into a positive learning experience that leads you to a better future, instead of feeling bitter.  And hey, maybe we need these ‘bad experiences’ to grow, to move on to a new paradigm.

This is our Feel Good space. We will be putting our heart-led programme out there for free for those of you who need a little helping hand to move on to a better place. Whether it is a job situation, relationship break-up, illness, childhood anger coming out, whatever, stop by here and there’ll be something for you.

We will be posting about food, exercise, meditation, feel good stuff and meet-ups. We intend to make this free for all, but we do need to attract corporate sponsors.

You can support us by being a part of our movement. Please follow our blog and vlogs – just click on the ‘Following’ icon at the bottom of this page, share our posts, retweet our stuff. And please do leave comments – we love hearing from you, it cheers us up!  We are trying to get corporate sponsors and freebies for you to cheer you up too!

Thank you!

  7. Hi girls

I’ve followed your link via a Wonderbag email. Like the carrot cake recipe, and will try it out, but hey, would it it be possible to write the ingredient list in grams as well as cup measures?
I’ll pass on your positivity to my daughter, yours is a fun blog!
Lastly, have you come across the publication Positive News? It used to be in newspaper format but is on the point of turning into a magazine, the sort that you can read and pass on.

    Cheers my dears

    1. Hi Kathy,

Thanks for liking our fun blog and for passing it on to your daughter. I will ask Jac Squires for the measurements as you requested.

Oooh, I love Positive News. Talk about synchronicity – I just wrote about ethical businesses and there is an article there in Positive News about an ethical hedge fund. Thank you so much, Kathy. xxx
