Let’s start the new year with meditation!

The thing with meditation is, you have to COMMIT. Many people find it impossible to commit. Meditation is a relationship with yourself, and in today’s world, long-term commitment is not the done thing. People would try for a week or two, and then move on because they don’t see immediate transformation. But if you don’t commit to yourself, who/what can you commit to?

Make a humble commitment – start with 3 minutes a day and make it a commitment for the rest of your life. Scary? I bet!
