This sums the first three exercises in lifeGO fitness#1 up. They may look easy and are often overlooked by fitness trainers or even yoga classes, but that’s how lifeGO fitness works: spend time on building the foundations instead of rushing ahead before you are ready.  And it is also about loving what you do.
