Two comments from followers after lifeGO fitness #1 lifeGo fitness #2 that summarise the whole programme for me:
(1) “If Jac can do it, so can I. I am healthy.”
(2) “Wah, I have to spend so much time if I have to do all.”
Yes, this programme is about building you right from the very basics. You need to build yourself up from scratch and address the foundations first before doing the show-off stuff. As a yoga teacher, I often see students attempting fancy poses but has weak, shaky foundations. And not connected to their bodies at all.
The most important thing about the lifeGO fitness programme is that you actually love what you are doing and thus easily incorporate it into your life. That whenever you have a spare 10 minutes, you just do it.
That’s the thing about lifeGO fitness programme that will make it effective and succeed where others fail: you don’t need to go to the gym. We show you the moves. You then put some music on and do it anytime, anywhere.
