It’s Lent, so no meat for this family. I have a freezer full of seafood that I stocked up with from the Sea Gypsy village over the weekend, but hmm, what shall I cook today? It was Bouillabaisse yesterday which went down a treat.



I decided to be adventurous and went to my local market and bought these for 50p:

Chopped all up, sautéed the lemon grass with ginger in a little olive oil until fragrant, then add everything PLUS 1/2 a cup of cooking sherry and enough water to cover.





Bring to boil, simmer for an hour. I popped the pot into my Wonderbag for three hours. And this is the result:
