It is often a big challenge to get our old lives and our old bodies back in the immediate aftermath of childbirth. There is no childcare for starters (especially for breastfeeding mums) and most of our friends except those we meet in antenatal classes are at work during the day.
So I was pleasantly delighted to see this group of new mums climbing at the Red Spider in Fareham, Hampshire, with their new babies in tow. What a wonderful way to socialise and get your body back in shape!
