In the past week, I have enrolled myself into a Muay Thai training camp. It was quite a struggle for me physically to try to keep up with people most of whom are half my age.  I made sure I ate well – four eggs for breakfast nuts, fruits and fluids.

The trouble was, I didn’t feel like eating in the evening because I was so exhausted. So I made this turbo-charged drink:

  1.  1 ripe mango
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 shot glass of Udo oil (VCO works well too)
  4. chia seeds
  5. flax seeds
  6. dandelion
  7. a handful of ice

Blitz together for this amazing, nutritious meal replacement – yeah, oil and fruits do mix, don’t be squeamish !
