My daughter’s topic for her Theory of Knowledge is The Coexistence of Opposing Beliefs. Topical, as we live in a world of such violent polarities, and we often forget that we come from the same Source. But polarities have always existed, and my guess is, it will always exist. Thus, I would like to share this beautiful thought with you this Sunday:
I keep an unusual notebook I bought from Ho Chi Minh City by my bedside and in its pages I collect the words that I come across that were written by Thich Nhat Hanh (“Thay”). Today, before church, I read this:
If we take good care of ourselves, we help everyone. We stop being a source of suffering to the world, and we become a reservoir of joy and freshness.
– Thich Nhat Hanh
Have a good Sunday, All ❤
